Yes, the Leaves are Falling, but so are the Interest Rates!!

We are seeing amazing deals on money, including a rate sale for 4 year fixed rates at only 2.95%!!  Now is the perfect time to get into the market or to buy a new home as prices are stable and sellers are eager to negotiate.

Many home owners are looking to get their current mortgage into a better interest rate.
